I battled with anxiety for 10 years before finally ridding myself of it for good.

My first panic attack happened out of the blue when I was 25. I had no idea what was happening and thought I was going to die. My life changed in an instant. I went from a care-free, happy 25 year old, to an anxiety-ridden hermit that planned her days unsuccessfully around not having a panic attack. At my lowest point, I was having around 2 - 3 panic attacks a day.

When I found a way out, I knew I had to share it with the world. This work has become my life's mission. I will not rest until as many people as possible understand how deeply related physical and mental health are.

When does the course start and finish?

It starts whenever you decide and ends when you manage to finish all the course content! There is no time limit. You have this course for life.

I've tried natural healing before and it didn't work. How is this different?

This course addresses your WHOLE BODY at the same time rather than just one area. It works on building your foundation of health rather than chasing symptoms of dysfunction (anxiety and panic attacks).

Does this course guarantee I'll become anxiety-free?

There are no guarantees. I cannot guarantee you'll do the work plus we are all chemically different.

Do you offer refunds?

No, due to the nature of this course there are no refunds offered. I am confident in these methods but it can take time. Make sure you ar really willing to put in the time and energy before committing to buy!

How long will it take to see a difference?

Some people see a difference within a couple of weeks, others it has taken 6 months+. The important part is to keep going as your body NEEDS to heal.
